Four short videos are now available, via links on the Guidance Page of the Online Archive, explaining how to:

1. Record the catalogue and caption information for each image, and create digital copies of the hard-copy original, prior to uploading;
2. Upload the image and its caption information to the Online Archive;
3. Organise the Album Structure;
4. Work with Comments, News, and Tags, plus an alternative way to reach the edit screen for an Image or Album from the public view of the item.
