Grid Ref: SP 6249 5955 [GU-085-410]. The buildings in this section were built after 1900 in what had been the 230m gap between the ordnance and gunpowder stores. That in the foreground still exists though the overhanging casing for the hoist is no longer there. Those beyond it have been replaced by new housing.
