The canal is being dry-dredged, which suggests it is the Woking end of the canal. The tow path is on the north side of the canal in Woking, so this would be looking west. The bridge is at a slight angle to the canal, so could be Skew Bridge or Parley Drive Bridge. Skew Bridge is at a sharper angle than this, whereas the concrete planking of the bridge lintels suggests Parley Drive Bridge.
