W Class 2-6-4T No. 1911 (Ref: 010197)
Stationed in the London area these powerful goods tank engines were used chiefly on the transfer of goods trains between Marshalling Yard of the Southern Region and Northern lines. They had a water capacity of 2000 gallons and 31/2 tons of coal.
