Opened in 1851 by the SER. Was renamed Ham Street and Orlestone in 1897 and renamed again in 1976 to simply Ham Street. The station staff are posing on the Northbound platform where a foot crossing at the end of this platform (out of shot) allowed passengers and staff to access the offset southbound platform.
