LSWR Pullman Observation Car No.13 (Ref: 011378)
Converted to an observation car by the LSWR in 1947 for use on the Devon Belle Pullman service. The observation car seated 27 passengers and had a bar at the non-window end. The carriage is now in preservation on the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
