2-4-0T, 2ft 6in gague, No CS-775 Indian National Railway museum (and also internet sources) say loco built by W G Bagnall, Stafford, Works no 2507. 1927. Book published by Continental Railway Circle 1969 (Steam Locos in India, part 1 narrow gauge), gives CS775 built by Yorkshire Encine Co Ltd, Sheffield, works no 2321in 1932.
