The 2' 0" narrow gauge heritage railway was originally located at Humberston, near Cleethorpes, and opened there in 1960 using equipment from the Nocton Potato Estate railway. It operated there until 1985, when the equipment was then put into storage until the current railway at Skegness opened on 03 May 2009.
