North British Railway Bogie Well Wagon (Rulley D) No 27315
Built in the 1880s, the wagon has 2 four-wheel bogies, screw brakes and is 41 foot long with a maximum load of 40 tons. This wagon was based at Sighthill. A "rulley" is a dialect word for a flat bed cart. The NBR gave each design of Rulley a different letter suffix.
