From the end of the Swansea Canal at Pen-Tawe and east through Abercrave to Cribath Quarries (1¾m), then via Treflemming east up Nant Helen towards Hen-Ryd & Coelbren. Built as a plateway & opened in 1798. Traffic Limestone.
