Radcot Weir (Flash Lock). April 1970
Grid Ref: SP 2958 0027 [TR-013-850]. The weir is in the style of the flash lock that existed before the pound one was built in 1892. The vertical sections (paddles) were still used but the removable horizontal ones (rymers) have been replaced with a fixed structure. The weir shown was replaced (2013?) with one with three vertical lift gates.
