Rope Pulley on Bridge Parapet
No location given but some of the features match those of the towpath turnover bridge at Copperas House, Bridge 32. Grid Ref: SD 9307 2283 [RD-018-680]. If so, this would have enabled the boat to be pulled nearly to the bridge before the towline had to be slipped as the bridge is not of the form that enables the horse to cross to the other side of the canal without disconnecting from the boat.
